Call me old fashioned :) I watched "It's a Wonderful Life" every year with my dad and it kinda became a yearly tradition. Quality movie if you haven't seen it.

"It's a Wonderful Life" and "A Christmas Story" would be the only two Christmas movies I make time to watch.

As for the music, I generally don't like Christmas music much but "Silent Night" is a real favorite.

The other day I asked my kid what his favorite Christmas song is and he said, "per umpa pum pum."

Then we had to listen to The Little Drummer Boy about 15 consecutive times.

My favorite Christmas movie is Die Hard and my favorite song is a tough one...So many of them bring back great childhood memories.

Movies are Miracle on 34th Street, It's a Wonderful Life, Christmas Story, Christmas Vacation and Elf.

Music is most of the traditional stuff, with the addition of Christmas time's a comin', a bluegrass compilation.

IMO, Die Hard, while a good movie, is not a "Christmas" movie. It is a movie set during Christmas time, but that does not make it a Christmas movie.

    Christmas Vacation is the best.
