I actually think this lawsuit will answer some good legal questions regardless of outcome. Not only do I hope it goes forward, I hope the losing party appeals it as well.

Sometimes you gotta take one for the team. This is one of those instances.

I do not want the suit dropped. I am hoping, as Charles Krauthammer predicts, that the federal government loses, is very embarassed and that many other stated enact similar laws to rub salt in the wound all in addition to getting some kind of handle on the illegal immigration problem. The bammer and his merry and fairy band of useful idiots need to be slowed down to a crawl. He just does not like to be told no and reacts very poorly. This will show many who voted for his hope and change crap what kind of a moron they helped to elect. Look at the socialist rationer that he just snuck into heading up his crappy health care system. Did anyone hear the vile crap that the black panther was spitting out of his filthy mouth about killing all whites including white babies? The bammer and his idiot holder are protecting this guy. I wonder what they would do if a bunch of white supremecists dressed as neo-nazis or KKK members tried to pull the same crap in front of a predominantly black polling center. Just my two cents.

I agree, let the suit continue. The majority of Americans support the Arizona law and want such laws in their own states. Obama shows his contempt for his "subjects" by filing this suit and continuing news coverage of it will remind people of that.

This will help to insure the election of conservative candidates in upcoming elections.

Unless I have missed and am continuing to miss things, it sure seems like absolutely everything that the bammer and his band of merry communists and socialists has had some kind of negative effect on me personally. Everything he does costs me money or will cause my life style to become lower and lower. I can not think of one single solitary way that our joke for a president has helped me or any of my friends. I would be very interested in hearing about how the idiot racist obummer has helped any of you INGO members. The only thing that I can think of at this time is that the sales of guns and ammunition and survival equipment has increased since he became president, but I would doubt if any of the owners or employees of Bradis' or Plainfield Arms would vote for the guy. I really hope that the new black panthers are not going to be the platoon and squad leaders of the bammer's national security force. That is a really, really scary thought.

So when Az loses because its infringing on the Federal right of the Government to implement the law; Obama then pushes amnesty as some sort of reform; we'll be much happier.

Goodie. I dont see Az being successful, with the amount of communist running America. And from the speech of the people in power now, it's sufficent to say what they're agenda is.


Ohwell, once all 60+ million of illegals are citizens this will be a dead issue anyways.
