I just bought a new Benelli SuperNova yesterday, I opted for the 18.5" barrel and a TacStar +3 mag extension. I opted for the conventional stock setup with the comfortech stock in case I decide to use the full 3.5" chamber with some monster loads. I was tempted to go for a pistol grip 870 or 500, but I wanted something that I could shoot with at the range and use for home defense.

So a folding stock would be legal if when folder it was at least 26"
