I too did all that also about two weeks ago and am still waiting for a reply.

The FAQ tells you what you get, but does not tell you how to get it and what it costs. If it did, I didn't see it. I think those are important questions, especially the $$ end of things. Odds are the person is on vacation. I'm sure they'll get with us as soon as they can.
