I've been leaning another direction: People have such a feeling of entitlement, that when they don't get what they want (keep a job they are not qualified for) they fly off the handle.

I compare it to a spoiled child and their toys. You take away their favorite toy, and they will break the rest for "revenge". They KNOW mommy or daddy will just get them more......

That's a good point. I still think we'll see some more of this though.

Got a whole generate of these folks to burn through. Maybe even THEIR kids. Makes me a little sad.

USA Today makes it sound like she had a gun in her car. Then she threatened a security guard to get back in the plant. Sounds like security may have been unarmed also.

Indystar - Police: Feuds led Pa. woman to shoot colleagues

What is the point of security, if a person they just escorted away can just come right back and bully their way in? This just keeps getting more sad.

Duh! The security is there to make sure the employeess obey the rules. Without security one of them might have brought a gun to work.

You just never know who your working with. Especially if their actions aren't clear as to what their agenda is. Safety first man.
