Hey, at least he has great critical thinking skills. He had a plan of action before he started...

a detailed plan that involved using the torch to cut glass, pliers on the padlocks and drilling holes in the drywall (though he had forgotten the drill). He was going to quiet dogs sometimes on the property with the biscuits.

For those that don't know. Your average torch won't cut glass, pliers won't cut padlocks, and drilling holes is useless in drywall, just use your fist or the pliers to jab a hole... dog biscuits might have worked but that depends on how bad of a sweet-tooth the dog has....

That's what stood out to me the most of the article... 1: he only got 54 years for murder and 2: he only served 25 years max of those 54. Ridiculous.

He is a convicted felon, he doesn't care what the law is. He knows he is not suppose to have a gun. He just doesn't care.
