You are 100% absolutely wrong! Mexico does that to its own citizens.
Privatized law enforcement could accomplish those things. If they do not, then another private law enforcement company will be hired who will. Supply and demand, its very simple.
Relying on government to do things for you/us isnt something I'm interested in.

And just as a side note for Americans who think its easy to get citizenship. It's Not. The government makes it very difficult, count yourself lucky, it's easier to get a job in this country right now than gain citizenship.

I say welcome. To all who want Citizenship let them become citizens let them pay taxes, let them vote, let them own guns. They want what we all want, a better life for us and our children.
