FYI... This guy was from Honduras. Hope they don't get deport him but at the same time we should we "paid" to house him in jail.

Deportation is not the answer it has been proven that this approach is a failure and does not discourage them from re-entering.

1st offense - Chain Gang 2 -years, 1 year for good behavior.
2nd offense - Chain Gang 5 - years, NO release for good behavior
3rd offense - Considered an enemy of the state with the intent of terrorism, the price you pay for that is your life.

Make it a point to them that the only way not to suffer is by legal means of entry and any other can be construed as a terrorist threat to our country.

I cant blame anyone from wanting to come to this country. This is the greatest country to live in bar none. Now with that being said, I dont believe that we should have to right to randomly go up to someone and ask for papers or ID just because they look hispanic. That is racially profiling and that is wrong. Now is illegal immigrants a problem YES but lets start by controlling our borders better. Lets not let history repeat itself by corralling up the Japanese-American's and putting them into camps because we thought they could be a danger to us... March the chain gangs up and down the highways picking up trash. If they want to eat they have to trade full trash bags for a cup of dog food and a glass of water. March them to the nearest border as they pick up trash and empty their pockets and kick them back across when they get there.

Privatized Law Enforcement will do no better than what we currently have. You want this problem to stop with Border Jumpers. Bring the Military back into the Country and treat this as what it is actually, an Invasion. To many people will not be ready to pay that price, though...
