Statewide Smoking Ban??

I am an avid non-smoker, but I do not believe the Govenment has the right to decide where free people can or cannot smoke. Another Government intrusion on the individual.

After smoking is banned, next is Twinkies, super-sizing, then, it's only a matter of time until...yes...bacon.
