They were passing Franklin on 65S at 11:00 figure they were headed to Seymour or maybe Cummins in Columbus, sounds like that facility was on lockdown too until it could be swept.

Yep, passed me at 96th and Keystone just shy of 1pm.. Rocket surgeon in front of me held them up at the red (front guy in line too, after the rest of us managed to clear a path), pretty sure it had ISP on the door. Went up on I465 WB.

I thinking there may have been several of these vehicles out and about today. Or else the guy driving was very very lost.
The one I saw on 65S was one of 7-8 emergency vehicles heading South at a high rate of speed.
