Looks like he was found not guilty on his case involving a grenade launcher, haven't seen updates about the case involving a 7 year old girl.

I think he is referring to whoever posted the video. Follow the link he posted, and watch some of the other videos that have been posted under that name. There is no evidence that the person posting the video is actually a marine, however.

As far as the WASP whatever channel...it is really easy to see a racist connection. The channel is White Aryan Survival Project and has a video about a race war coming that has been deleted. WASP0013 wasn't the original uploader to that video. July4Patriot was and I've put his channel up and information about how swell of a guy he is. Make your own judgement.
