    That's sounds like an unnerving situation. Being a felon i'd watch to see if he may have a weapon around. You may be able to report it if so. Then again if you can have a civil conversation on your terms then maybe you'll find that it was either a misunderstanding or we could always hope that he has turned from his shady ways.

    I haven't read all the post "to long" but did this ever go anywhere or did it get settled ??? I followed this for some time then lost interest, but just wondering....
