I just bought a Ruger sc22 and was wondering what other ppls thoughts were about the gun. I am also looking to a paddle holster for it but i can't seem to find one.

I have a Ruger SR22 pistol, and it's quite fun to shoot. I've put plenty of cheap, bulk-pack ammo through it without an issue.

I could only be more pleased if it came with a threaded barrel, so I could fantasize about having a suppressor for it.

I used some CCI Quiet 22 in it, and while it would fire and eject the empty case, it wouldn't pick up a new round. I wouldn't say that's a fault of the gun; I was just curious to see what would happen with that ammo. CCI's site states "These cartridges may be used in semi-automatic firearms, however manual cycling of the action may be required."

Love mine too, except it shoots 2" low and 1" left with a firm grip and near dead-on when I limp wrist it. I'm right handed of course.

Anyone else have the same issue?

My SR9C has always been perfect with a firm grip.
