They are on the recall list, do a general search in the forum on the search tab and you'll find it.

i purchased an xdm last year, should i be concerned? also i want to buy a new xds 45, are the new ones on recall too?

I bought my XDs before the recall and had to send mine in. They had it about 3 weeks and sent it back with an extra magazine for the trouble. I have no complaints. It's easy to tell if the guns has been fixed or not. Note this image of before and after. Basically you will see a small roll pin in the grip safety on a recalled XDs:
