South Bend area AR-15 Parts Manufacturer?

Earlier this year I remember reading the South Bend Tribune Business Edition paper (its free with the general paper subscription but you have to call in and ask them to send it to you if you want it, its a once a month paper)

Anyway, they were interviewing a guy who owned a company in the SouthBend/Elkhart area that made AR-15 parts. There was a picture of him sitting at a table that had AR front and rear sights along with some rail covers.

Does anyone know the name of this company??? I saved the paper but its long lost now.

Yes, but he does not sell to the general public. He sells to distributors and directly to the military.
