Thought maybe I'd start a thread, since several of us seem interested in this! My criteria is that the beef be grass fed, no antibiotics or hormones added, hogs are pasture raised, again, no crap injected, everything the way nature intended. Those are my main interests, and maybe free range chicken too.
I'm in north/central IN, closest larger town is Kokomo.
The sources I've used recently are Old Mill in Twelve Mile for bison and Homestead Heritage near Kokomo for pork and beef. Old Mill has some good locally raised beef and pork as well, but the beef is not all grass fed. If that doesn't matter to you, it is good. I'd like to know of others, and will probably need beef soon. I would like to try some different places, compare prices, flavor, quality etc.
    Thanks!

    Might be a drive but...

    Trader's Point Creamery
    Seven Sons Farm
    Gunthorp Farms

All have grass fed beef, free range chickens/eggs and/or pasture raised hogs.
