Hello,I have 2 Izzy's ,I refinished the stock on 1 of them it was real bad the finish would just flake off with your figernail,I stripped it and refinished it. I think it looks pretty good.I just found a Hex and ordered it hopefully its here tomorrow.

Reading the description... Sorry, but I'd rather have a "moldy old pouch produced in the Soviet Union during WWII" ORIGINAL pouch. For the same reason I bought a vintage sling rather than a brand new one when my Mosin didn't come with one. But to each his own...

Yeah but that moldy old pouch wont keep ammo handy ON the gun. But like you said....to each his own.

Just a question on the headspace. Is it the wrong pic? Headspace is measured at the chamber.

You are absolutely correct. Putting a bullet upside down in the muzzle is more a judge of muzzle erosion, not headspace. Good catch.
