Hough - I think you got the wrong wording for AFTER July 1, 2014. It is / will be revised by either SB 229 or SB 169; I think it is SB 169, passed this spring session.
I tried to copy / paste, but the formatting came in like complete junk. so I had to trash it.

it changes a bunch of that as does switch from "reasonably believe" to "Knowingly" ...
