I am going to spend an insane amount of money to buy one of these.

Played with one with wood grips, very nice.

Special edition with night sights and rosewood grips is just north of $500.

Thing is, I had a Colt .380 Government that was stolen 15 years ago. I will not pay what it would cost to replace it but this will suffice nicely.

That's actually a pretty good price for that model.

I'm waiting on a night-sighted Kahr P380, myself (talk about "insane" amount of money!), but if I were a single-action guy, I'd be all over the SIG. I currently carry a Colt Pony Pocketlite and like it quite a bit. Wonder if SIG has any plans for a DA version of the P238?

Wish they did. If that .380 shoots anywhere near as nice as it looks, I'm gonna havta have one sooner or later.... Trying to resist the Sig lust these days, for a while, keeping mama happy.... So...... difficult.......

i just recently had a chance to put one of those in my hand. i dig 1911's and i would love to get one but it is just way to small for my hand. its like those little cap guns i used to get when i was a kid.

    Great gun..

I picked mine up at 21st. Wood grips and Siglite sights... Great little gun.. It really makes the poly framed ones look terrible... Both appearance and shooting wise..

I have the P238 with night sights and roewwod grips and love it. Only have a box through it so far and no FTF or problems, bought 2 Colt mustang mags that work perfectly. Great gun, the price you are seeing is good, about what I paid for mine.

Here is mine with alot of work done to it already ! :D

I bought a new cnc machine to do grips for the P238. I should have the production models done next week. I ll have G-10/Micarta , Wood and Aluminum grips for them. I am excited ( more because of the machine ) !

Very nice handgun. After I buy a Kimber Ultra a Sig 239 in 9mm is next on my list of guns to get. Although it may be a very long time before that happens.
