Exactly what I was going to mention. I'm surprised the Mad Max Trilogy wasn't mentioned earlier. Any post-apocalyptic or zombie film I consider to be a SHTF movie. Doomsday, Mad Max Trilogy, Resident Evil Trilogy(Apocalypse especially), 28 Days Later, 28 Weeks Later, I Am Legend, Terminator Series, etc.

Demons, elder gods, and armies of darkness aren't something to prepare for?!
Then what about the zombies?
... you mean... there IS no horde?

[Bruce Campbell deserves a slot in every good/bad movie list, maybe even two ]

Yes. I picked this film up at Walmart for $6. I've shared it with both friends and family.

It's less about a "nuke" movie and more about being prepared. If you have a chance, please watch this film.
