Personally, I'm drinking a toast to those men who sacrificed their lives on this day, so long ago, for all of us.

You mean why does our government not feel the need to recognize a day that brings attention to how heroic it was that we overthrew the last government? I'll have to think about that. (sorry, I'm being a little sarcastic today.)

If anyone is interested, the History Channel had two series on the revolutionary war. One was narrated by Charles Curralt and the other by Edward Herrman. Excellent series.
