    Why would you want a shotgun that only holds 3 rounds... including the one in the chamber? It's cool looking and all, especially with the pistol grip, but it isn't very practical. Better to have a Mossy Persuader w/pistol grip and no hoops to jump through... I would think.

    I'm all for short, i just want short and high magazine capacity. I don't even care about full auto, i really want an 8" saga 12. Though full auto 12's are neat too.

    Yeah I wanted to order a Saiga short barrel from Red Jacket (I know I know) and didn't know until I had fallen in love with the gun that I can't own one in Indiana.

    IC 35-47-1-10
    "Sawed-off shotgun"
    Sec. 10. "Sawed-off shotgun" means:
    (1) a shotgun having one (1) or more barrels less than eighteen (18) inches in length; and
    (2) any weapon made from a shotgun (whether by alteration, modification, or otherwise) if the weapon as modified has an overall length of less than twenty-six (26) inches.

    "Shotgun"
    Sec. 11. "Shotgun" means a weapon designed or redesigned, made or remade, and intended to be fired from the shoulder and designed or redesigned and made or remade to use the energy of the explosive in a fixed shotgun shell to fire through a smooth bore either a number of ball shot or a single projectile for each single pull of the trigger.
