So, was this post a compliment to a woman who chooses to compete, or a dig at folks who don't?
Cuz I don't like competition shooting. And if she's got the stones to come out and compete, why don't so many grandmaster internet pisoleros?
Cuz I don't like competition shooting.
I don't know. I just don't enjoy it. I don't like competition anything really. I've been told I could do well enough in our taekwondo organization to compete and win (not world champion material, but local and regional tournaments; but really, how hard would the 40y/o women's bracket really be?), but I have no interest. I do know part of it is that I am not comfortable with the level of attention that comes with that kind of competition. I don't even like working out in a gym because of that. Taekwondo class can be nerve-wracking for me for this reason. Why is that?
and I don't like losing.
Eh. It's not rocket science. I have a high competition drive, but I get a whole lot more grief from it than satisfaction when I factor in all the variables. I'm a happier 88GT when I don't put that kind of stress on activities that I otherwise enjoy. And we have a winner.
I want to know how much she would charge to manage my eyebrows.
Wow, four solid minutes of airplay! That's fantastic!
FYI: Fox 9 in Minneapolis-St. Paul (if you were like me and asking, "where the heck is that?")
Perhaps a back threading as well?
Not saying, just asking.
