I'm still intermittently kicked off, then have trouble loading new page, but ONLY with INGO. EVERYTHING else loads quickly?

Just minutes ago I tried to log on and had "trouble loading page" for 5-10 minutes. When I was able to log on again, the tag showed only 7 users online?
