Is it legal for a person to transport a handgun for the purpose of selling it without a LTCH?

If your that skittish write a bill of sale to yourself. Who's going to know?:)

It's not for me, have a friend who wants to sell or trade her gun but doesn't have a LTCH and she's skittish, I think she is fine but just want to know INGO's thoughts

No exception exists for transporting a handgun without the LTCH to a FTF sale location.

She could technically arrange to do a FTF at a place of repair and transport per code secured and separate from ammo.

    I can repair some guns:D

I think she wants to meet at Bradis and sell it then go in and buy something she feels more comfortable with
