Ever wonder why we have a fair lot of members that hardly ever post?

Looooooong time member that rarely posts asks a serious financial question important to him, and he gets this? :dunno:
"Hey guys, I got a couple of offers to sell just the front of my property. Anybody else get this?"

    That's a serious financial question?

We get frequent offers to sell our Ohio house. Like every week now, by phone and mail. We quote them a ridiculous figure and say no negotiation. They ask some questions. If they even get back to us they only offer half. We remind them of our policy. We don't care what the market says, since we get income from the property.

    But they don't give up.

There was no question in the OP. Everything there was posed as a statement. Leading other members to get sidetracked because the statements didn't really have a point...or at least not one anybody could figure out.

    I got a concept,

How about some of you keyboard hotdogs rise above your posterior seated in the chair in front of you monitor and imagine you being the OP.

Think about it for more than a second.

Now, how would you feel about getting raked over the coals like that.

    Stupidity reeks on here sometimes.

OP, are you near a bridge or an intersection?

But if it came via email, I'd be highly suspect. But, then again, if neighbors got it as well...

I have a small inkling (hey, now, don't laugh. I was born this way) that it may possibly be a right-of-way expansion project related to some kind of roadway construction.

Ain't ne'er heard o'it being via email, though.
