Wonder if this guy was playing Grand Theft Auto before he started his day today. He's probably only about about 4 of 6 stars on the wanted meeter, no? He needs to shoot down some copters or something to get the level up to 5 or 6 so that the tanks come.

he sat through 4 gassings, 5 gallons of pepper spray and he came out without even flipping the bird at the cameras?? fail! But he is a stud for being able to handle that!
