Food wise I can grab 64 hot dog buns, two cases of water, cooler + ice, 32 dogs, 32 burgers, misc other stuff if you guys need more. I left ketchup/mustard/plates/etc from last time but can bring more if needed.

Should be cool and looking forward to seeing you guys again~

    @BrandonHtwo0

Thank you for your donation for food. Let me see what we have food wise in the freezer right now. I know I came back with some unopened hotdogs. Buns is probably the biggest thing especially on the hotdog side. Ketchup and mustards, plates were are a-ok!

The 2 things we did run out of and people liked was

pop and fruit. the cherries and grapes were a big hit.
I'll post in a few once I can get a better count.

    Food update

OK here is what we have for the rest of the season: SEP, OCT, NOV

    BREAD
    5 packs of 8 burger buns = 40 buns
1 pack of 8 hot dog buns = 8 buns

    MEAT
    12 packs of 8 Bar-S Hot Dogs = 96 dogs
    3 packs of 8 Oscar M. Hot Dogs = 24 dogs
    3 boxes of 32 burgers Mejiers = 96 burgers
    1 box of 20 burgers (wal-mart) = 20 burgers

    DESERTS
    20 mini muffins Chocolate
    4 mini muffins Banana

    TOPPINGS
    2 bottles unopened ketchup
    1 bottle relish
    1 bottle mustard

On a typical event (except JULY which is always double the size of the rest) we go thru 32 burgers and 40 dogs. So it looks like we are set for burgers and dogs.

Plates, forks, spoons, cups, hand wipes, napkins we are doing very good! We have enough for this season and mid-way thru next I think.

Here is what I see we will be missing this time around.

    • brauts (personal preference for some)
    • bread for hot dogs (32 buns short or 4 packs)
    • deserts (fruit, cookies, ho-hos, etc...)
    • pop
    • chips (down to 2 bags)

I can bring soda instead of water, didnt realize we ran out at the July meet. I had tons of water left in my cooler.

If meat is already accounted for, would you rather me grab a bunch of fruit/bread/etc? I can bring whatever, just let me know, otherwise ill plan on bringing the meat and stuff from my last post.

Looking forward to the event :D

Buns for the dogs or pop or tray of fruit (grapes work best for finger food) would be greatly appreciated. I don't expect more than 30 for the AUG event.

I think we will be there. Darkkevin has to work, so he can come afterwards.

I volunteer to bring plywood! Oh dang, I guess I'll have to drive the dually. :crying:

    :D :D :D

I'll bring another bottle of mustard, need to keep that well stocked!
    Should I bring cupcakes?

This will make three straight weekends of being at the range! :ar15:

@t-star thank you for bring the plywood! :rockwoot:
We have enough in the pot for 5 to 6 sheets, do you need cash upfront or is a check that day OK.

Anyone know how much plywood the RO currenlty has?

I'll let you know. Maybe combine July's and August's? I don't know what you have worked out with Kevin.

That's fine. I'll bring grapes, fruit tray, cooler+ice, pop, water, and buns. Think 32 is enough or more? If we're plannin on two dogs per person I can bring 64.

I guess I was a bit spoiled - the July meet was my first and I was like "holy crap so many people..."

I think the rifle competition should be at the hundred yard or 200 yard range to free up some more space and time for everybody else that doesn't want to compete in rifle competition.

    I dunno, you're not very convincing. :p
I wrote darkkevin a check for the JULY plywood.
Did not know that. I will let you two work that out, as he picks it up on his way home from work on Friday.
