Usually, yes.
If not though, you can see where you have posted on your Profile as well. Both are easier than Search, imho

umm.. ok. I have the advanced search bookmarked, and I type my username in the username box then hit enter. Im not sure how any other method of seeing every post you have contributed to is easier but whatever.

I mean, you can subscribe to EVERY thread you post in, or click the "more results" button in your profile a hundred times if you want, but its much easier my way.
