    Good work on standing firm. This could of been one of those just try and get the homeowner to open the door so that they caan rob/attack you.

    I can't imagine this was the case since they ended up doing work next door.

    Great 20/20 hindsight. Stilllearning09 did the right thing as she had no reason to assume they were legitimate once he started to enter her house uninvited. From the description, the mistakes were entirely on the service guys side in assuming that there was no possibility of a mistake on his own or his company's part.

    Good job on protecting you home! You did the right thing and I think you did it well. That guy definitely sounds like an idiot that really needed to learn that lesson.
