    When this goes into effect will it end the "roaming" school zones?

    Actually, what a particular provision of this bill did was prevent the RETURN of roaming school zones in 2014 (which had been eliminated in 2013). So although the answer to your question is technically "no", you still can be assured that "roaming school zones" are gone.

    Does "School Property" include public Colleges and Universities?

    Colleges are considered private property owned by the college. Indiana law views schools as K-12.

    You can carry with a permit on pretty much every campus (as long as you are obeying the correct laws otherwise). For a student this usually isn't an option though because most colleges have rules about firearms (or deadly weapons) that result in expulsion, which could set them back a few thousand.

    Well, at least one does not have to break the law just to drop their kids off to school. So many laws on the books anymore, there is no wonder nothing practical gets done. :rolleyes:

    Not that it matters now but even before this law you could drop off your kids, you just could not exit your car.
