every spring I try to do one cool build for my self and here is this years.

This is just a gloss over of the work involved but I wanted to post.

This took so long, one because I am waiting on a stamp and, Two because I work alot. Tax stamp has been in process for over 3 months so hopefully any day now.
So here is a pictorial of my build:

When I bought it used off INGO it had already been converted with a bolt hold open installed.

I wanted to go 12" and base on info here I decided the right thing to do was move the gas block back, However in hindsight it was not necessary to pull the barrel from the trunnion but we did. While the barrel was out it was turned down to thread after the 12" cut.

    Made a barrel pusher

Wow! Will that be a service you offer? Also get a folding mechanism!

Yes this will be, I have become fascinated with the Saigas and AK style guns and hope to get some of this work. I am looking at getting my SOT2 license in July so I can build Class 3 for ppl.

I have 2 arsenal 104UR's and a Vepr 12 in anticipation :) I am sure you have seen my Krinkov build I did based off a 104ur already. No doubt I posted it plenty....but just in case

Makes me want you to do some work on my Arsenal. If you do start, I would like to discuss some front end work on the 107.

I have been going back and forth on the SOT but in July I will be adding it to my 07 FFL and I am excited about doing this work.

I would be glad to discus what you want done

As long as your 1911 followers don't loose you to the long gun dark side, all will still be right in the universe!

I am glad that I like 1911's, Hi-powers, and Saigas. And that you are close by!

I really need to get my ak sbr back to you to finish up. Then I guess I need to put in paperwork on my Saiga...
