    My brother passed away and I got his S&W 3953 auto. It's stainless steel Is this a good pistol? What's the thoughts on this pistol?

    Those are very nice carry guns. I would keep it if you plan on having a daily carry. I have been looking for one myself, but the ones I seem to find are way over priced.

    Sorry for your loss !!! I don't own a 39 series Smith but love my 59. I believe the only difference in the two is magazine capacity, making the 3900s a little easier to conceal and carry!
