Like new! Comes with everything from the factory including a fobus paddle holster and two mags worth of 90gr Hornady Critical Defense ammo. I have about 30 rounds of ball through it and about 20 rounds of Hornady through it to test function. I've had no malfunctions with it and it's a fantastic little carry gun. I just noticed that the lighting on a few pics is not the best, so I'll update those. There are no marks on it at all.
