I saw those too, but 319 for an out of production 3rd gen can't pass it up. Plus my CHP4006 is kinda lonely being the only 40 in a house of 9's and 45's lol.
I do notice on the tsw4006 the slide to frame when trying to rotate side to side by hand is just about nonexistent compared to my other 3rd gens. Though the 3906 is pretty tight as well probably do to it being fairly unused over its life and being beefer with the step up frame.
I'll get all the down and dirty pics and results once it arrives hopefully in the next 10 days.
