    My travel races will just coincide with work and vacation. Wife's uncle lives in San Diego, and I am in SoCal frequently for work. I was lucky enough to do several beach runs before the monumental which beat our weather here.

    After reading that thread I think I realize that it probably isn't for me. I usually never play the age card but when you guys are talking about being outside the range of age and your only in your 30's and 40's, at 54 I better stick to more pedestrian events.

    It looks like a great time though...in a sort of warped way.:)

    Hey, if it sounds interesting and is something you'd want to do, then do it! I think there's been older guys complete the "full" Challenge that is 8-ish hours. Trekking thru downtown Indy with a log on your shoulder will be a blast! In a warped sort of way ;)
