I think you're out of luck. Nobody that I know makes aftermarket threaded barrels for Rugers. Being sort of a budget gun (no offense, they work fine), there probably isn't a market for much in the way of aftermarket accessories.

If you really want a suppressed .45, you're probably going to have to go with another platform.

hmm...that's a damn shame. What platforms would I need to be looking at for a suppressed .45?

Trying to find after market anything for the Ruger P series is a full time job, I know, I have had a P89 for 17 years. The only after market barrel I found was a extended comped barrel. I gave up after that. My only advise is to check Sportsman's guide every now and then, they have been the only retailer to carry such things.

Anything, and I do mean anything, can be suppressed. You may have to find or be a very competent machinest and add a thread cap to a barrel and even open up the slide, but it could be done. Are there better platforms for suppression? Of course. I have to ask though, have you ever heard a suppressed .45? If you have not, you may want to consider suppressing a 9mm instead. The Beretta 92 series make for a fine suppressed 9mm package if you would be ever so inclined to go that route.

I will echo VUPDs remarks, the .45acp round does not suppress well.

But, if that is the config you want, anything is possible you will jst need to find a really good gunsmith.
