I paid off the XD9 this morning (didn't go with either in the original post), but due to waiting on license branch for new license I can't take it home yet. +1 to Terre Haute Guns though for their service.
My wife bought an LC9 this winter and has shot it once with unhappy results. that trigger is just too long. Im going to order her the 35% or 50% reduction bar and see if she likes it better afterwards. i'll post a review once it gets installed and shot again. Frankly I think she may still disappointed as she compares everything to her Glock. we'll see how it works out.
Since I have a membership to top guns range now, been going at least once a week and love my xd9. I probably need to take some marksmanship classes to get better but the target pictured below on circle one started at 12’ and went all the way to 22’ with 16 rounds in each circle. I also need to get the guy at top guns to show me (and I record it) how to clean it again. I did a descent job tonight but having a video record of how to will help until I get it down. Probably put upwards of 750 plus rounds down it in the past three weeks.
