Ruger introduces 10/22 25 round mags

I hope the trend continues, and they build 25 rounders in mag and Hornet length.

25 KHornets on tap in a 77/22 might be worth the protrusion.

Not super excited about it, dont care for protruding mags, I prefer the tri-mag setup.

In between seriously trying to aim, I had fun at my last range session just blasting away as quickly as I could. Ten rounds at a time..

I think it's possible but would be prohibitively expensive. Probably something like the old Luger snail drums would be necessary because of the curvature of the round, and even then, the grip frame might need to be reshaped.

10/22 Automatic Bolt Stop

down in Kentucky can modify it to work on the bolt hold open device.

The Ruger guy I bought it from even said " I don't know why we don't do that to the 10-22 from the factory"

Maybe the Appleseed movement is helping them see the light?

That looks like a nice simple design, I also like that the magazines can be modified to work with it. I am predicting these will become very popular.

I like my Butler Creek mags. They have metal feed lips and seem to work better than the Ram Line one I had with the plastic feed lips.

+1. My Butler Creek Steel Lips 25 rounders work perfect. I think they are the best of them.
