Road Bicycle

I have a nephew that wants to compete in some local triathalons. He is 13yo and a bit small for his age so I need something smaller than a adult size bike. He has competed in a couple of races and has placed in the top tier in the run and the swim but is getting killed on the bike portion riding a old mountain bike. Id like to find a good quality road bike that he can get a few years out of. If you don't have one to sell, do you have a lead on where to find one? Im in NWI

He is 5'1 with a 26" inseam if anyone has a bike sized to fit him
