    Not a 69 g bullet but I've used AA2015 and BLC-2
    AA2015 I loaded 55g FMJ
    BLC-2 I've loaded 60g V-Max
Now dont limit yourself to one powder, I went through a bunch of diffewrent powders until I found some I liked. This is for a Savage 10FP if your just loading plinking rounds for an AR MIght not be at critical.

For the 69----N135, RE15, N140, 4895 (either), Varget. The bullet seems to do its best around 2900fps. You need a powder that will achieve that.

I have used the 69 at both the 200 and 300 yard lines in NRA Highpower. It is a great grouping bullet out of 8 and 9 twist AR barrels.

The best powder I've found so far for the 69 SMK bullet in all my AR-15's is Benchmark. I run them at 2850 fps easily. Powder measures beter than Varget, it's clean and consistant.

I use CMR-100, a pull down military powder from some of our old '06 ammo. Cleaner than ball powder in my AR. Use 4895 specs, but use them at 95%.

You have been given good information. My AR loves Varget with the 69 gr. MK. My bolt gun prefers VV N140 or N540 with the same bullet. RL 15 works very well also. In my rifles it is just dirtier than the other powders. I use Rem. 7 1/2 primers in both rifles.
