OK, THAT was very odd...

90% of refs have a primary job and this is their backup. They make an average of $149,000 in their backup job. Do you think they are really concerned about the lockout? This will happen every time their contract is up again. Time to bust the union and have the refs employed by the league. If they unionize, fire them all after the season ends and train the new crop.

I dunno, just a bit tired of union members not working.

the replacement refs were so bad, the refs union had a hammer to smack the league with. Las Vegas lost a lot of money and I expect these replacement refs were bought and paid for. . . somebody made a boatload of cash . . .
