    If you are still looking i also recommend the ultratech for about 200 butnfor less look into the asheville steel paragon para x its a single action otf for less than 150 and its sweet. I have both.

    This is an interesting thread, and it brought back the memories of training when I was in the military during the recent unpleasantness in SE Asia. About the only thing that I remember from a pretty intensive week of close combat training is the admonition of a really impressive instructor. "Don't ever, ever, let someone get close enough to take your space. If you do, you're dead. Forget that Hollywood crap about sneaking and knives. The only winner in a knife fight is the guy with the pistol." That was a real bad ass week.
