Recommend a good low dollar red dot optic for AR

PSA has the Vortex strikefire 1 for 119, not the strikefire 2. This is the same dot that I was selling for 99 dollars.

I'll throw this out just for consideration... Sure, its a Chi-cog as my Son likes to say but so far it has held just fine. They are $129+ at Wally, etc...

For $69.99 we gave it a try and so far are satisfied for backyard plinking. Would be nice if it had auto-off...

+1 for this one. I bought one years ago (when they were closer to $200 and more "high speed")
It has proven to be bomb proof. It has survived several multi-day classes, some of which were extremely abusive to weapons and optics. I started with a primary arms red dot because it was lighter, and the class killed it. Went back to this one, and it ran like a champ. Not the lightest or best, but it still goes with me as a backup because I know it will ALWAYS work.
