Jblomenberg16 and I will be heading up for the Saturday pistol course. Both of us have commitments on Sunday. I have my gun lubed and additional ammo is purchased. I have to leave the reloads behind so burning up factory .45 auto will be Ouchy! Ammo costs as much as the course. I have no doubt it will be well worth it.

Is no reloads a course requirement?

Requirement? Definitely not preferred. I know RangeMaster in Memphis requires jacketed ammo, but that is an indoor range. I asked our host about reloads and he strongly suggested factory ammo. Having already spent 3 days with Tom I don't think he would appreciate my smokey lead bullets. Looks like I am shooting black powder. Also I have the bad habit of missing a high primer or not getting something seated deep enough sometimes. Last thing I need is a malfunction, Cedartop will never let me hear the end of it. :):
