Went to Bradis after the gunshow Saturday and ran into shooter521 while he was working.

He was kind enough to take the ACR apart that they had on the rack. Very interesting and innovative rifle.

Pleasure to see you yesterday. Someone (don't recall if it was you or the other fella standing there) jokingly commented "you don't enjoy showing that ACR off or anything, do ya?" Well, yeah. I don't think it's perfect and it's in no danger of giving the AR-15/M-16 FOW serious competition anytime soon, but I do think it's neat, and offers a glimpse into what the next generation of assault rifles is going to look like in terms of features (monolithic upper, modular, ambidextrous, field-replaceable barrel, extensive use of polymers).

Oh, and nice lookin' AR build ya got there! Was the Troy Extreme rail a PITA to install? I messed around with the VTAC version a little while ago and was less than impressed.

My problem isnt so much recognizing INGO members but more remembering their real names, someone said to me the other day oh you must know Mike then. I had no idea who they meant till they said shooter521...
