Anyone bought anything from R-Guns? Do their complete uppers come with a Charge handle and bcg ?

I knew I read it somewhere just yesterday. Just took a while to find it.

I bought my DM lower from them last year, didn't have a problem getting it, I think we had them in only a week. Was just curious if the uppers were complete.

It seems to be hit or miss. I bought a really cheap lower from them a while back when lowers weren't cheap. No problems. I found out after I bought it how bad their reputation is.
