question for guys with LCR

Are the sides of these holsters pretty stiff, stiff enough so they won't bend/fold to where they could engage the trigger?

High Noon holsters are stiff enough to avoid this problem, but flexible enough to hold the piece and be comfortable. I have the Split Decision and the Bare Asset. Excellent holsters.

I carried my LCR in my DeSantis last night and today. Last night it was in my jacket pocket and today it was in a Carhart watch cap on the front seat of my truck. I have also just carried it in a winter glove on my truck seat.
