So what is the best way to appease two totally different mindsets?
Answer that question and you may just be our next president!
So what is the best way to appease two totally different mindsets?
Then a better sign is "Keep your loaded handgun in its holster, you goober."
My comments in red..
I do not agree with the signs, but I understand why they are there. Now here is an issue, some customers are offended by them, while others feel more comfortable that they are there. So what is the best way to appease two totally different mindsets?
+1! This sign will be posted on my door and in the shop TODAY!
THIS IS A PRIVATE GUN-SHOP.
WE WILL DECIDE WHAT YOU
DO WITH YOUR WEAPON WHILE
INSIDE THIS GUN-SHOP.
KEEP WEAPON HOLSTERED
UNTIL ASKED TO DISPLAY IT
TO AN EMPLOYEE.
WE VALUE YOUR PATRONAGE.
WE RESPECT YOUR 2D AMENDMENT.
RESPECT THE MUZZLE-RULE!
Muzzle Rule. " Do you see that big red circle on the ceiling?"
"Yes". "Well keep the muzzle of your weapon aimed on that dot
as long as you have your weapon in your hands while in this shop."
Once again, as I said previously, I do not care for the signs,A gun store should be the one place where we don't have to worry about getting hassled for carrying a gun.
I agree, BUT it also should be a place where patrons and workers do not have loaded guns pointed at them.
Having a sign like that tells me that they don't really believe in the product they're selling.
I would disagree, I think it says they understand the capability of the weapon, but do not know the capabilities of the current owner.
Also, I don't see how having a sand barrel promotes complacency. Can you elaborate on that point?
UHH, I did not make that point, but do a google search for Army clearing barrel ND. You will find several accountings of accidents and incidents.
Once again, as I said previously, I do not care for the signs,
So I ask you for your input, what are your suggestions?
