Bought SR22 about a year ago. It came with two mag followers. What is the purpose of the two extra mag followers? I am not familiar with the benefits. The only thing I can really see is that I might be able to fit one more round in the magazine. I do not know why the previous owner would purchase something for one extra round. Thanks guys, enlighten me please.

It's usually best to use the followers that the magazine manufacturer installed regardless of how many rounds it gives you. If the mag doesn't feed 100% then that extra round isn't really going to make any difference. I've swapped followers around and it can cause serious problems. Keep your mags clean and replace the springs every 2000 rounds or the first time you see last round feed stoppages.
